Established 2004 (formally JAS Biologicals Limited) as a vaccine development company providing contract services to animal health care companies.

• Marinnovac UK holds  a VMD authorisation licence for viral autogenous (AV) emergency vaccines in the UK.

• We own a contract antibody manufacturing company Biosynergy (Europe) Limited.
• 2013 partnership formed with experts in Aquaculture, Aquark based in Greece, Tethys based in UK. This collaboration produced one of the first Noda vaccines for Sea Bass in Greece, a disease which has a hugh economic effect on the Aquaculture industry.
• 2017 Marinnovac UK, Aquark, Tethys and a German company W42 went into partnership and formed Marinnovac Limited based in Ireland the aim was to amalgamate all the skills from the companies to produce both experimental and commercial fish vaccines globally.
•  2018 Marinnovac Limited formed a partnership with CZ Vaccines a Vaccine CMO based in Spain. Global vaccine production and sales will be produced under this new partnership company, Aquatreck.
